Cosigo Announces Resignation of Director
| VANCOUVER, April 4, 2012 - Cosigo Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CSG) today announced the resignation of James E. McInnes from the Company's Board of Directors, effective April 4, 2012.|
The Board of Directors and Management of Cosigo wish Jim the very best in his future endeavours and express their appreciation for his contributions during his tenure as a Director of Cosigo and, previously, as President and Director of Horseshoe Gold Mining Inc.
