Investment Case

Investment Highlights

Large, contiguous Taraira district land position
Historic mining along more than 20 km of ridge
Coarse gold environment supported by bulk sampling
Multiple stratabound horizons identified
Significant exploration upside remains
Tight capital structure with strong insider alignment
Cosigo's work indicates the ridge system hosts extensive strata-bound gold mineralization with potential for high grades.
Near-Term Catalysts

Cosigo is advancing a focused technical program designed to further refine priority targets across the Taraira district. Key upcoming and ongoing catalysts include:

01
Phase 1 drill assay results — H1/H2 2026
02
Updated target ranking & 3D geological model post-drilling
03
Rapid sample turnaround via on-site pulverization lab
04
Conglomerate horizon continuity definition across district
05
Phase 2 drill program planning & potential rig upgrade
06
Strategic financing to fully fund the 2026 work program
The Opportunity

A Rare District-Scale
Gold System

The Taraira Gold Belt represents a rare combination of scale, geological continuity, and demonstrated gold presence.

Despite historic activity, large portions of the district remain only lightly tested by modern exploration methods. Cosigo's systematic approach is focused on unlocking this broader district potential.

Cosigo is positioned early in what could become a major new gold district.

2026 Drill Program —
Core Sample Review

Field footage from Cosigo's active 2026 drill program at the Taraira Gold Belt. Our team on the ground walks through core samples pulled directly from the current campaign, showcasing the mineralization intersected across the metasedimentary ridge system. All drilling is carried out using Cosigo's 100% owned RC/Core capable drill rig, eliminating the need for costly third-party contractors and keeping more capital in the ground.
